Mission: Write Your Book Academy is designed to help first-time authors navigate through the process of writing and self-publishing their first book. We will give aspiring authors the strategies to gain the confidence, discipline, and creativity necessary to finish writing powerful manuscripts. In addition, we will provide guidance on how to professionally self-publish books while remaining fiscally responsible.

Class Curriculum
Class Structure
4-5 prerecorded videos are released every month for each phase.
*Students will have unlimited access to all the classes after each module is released.
6-Live Sessions:
Students will meet once a month for a LIVE group coaching session with Coach Tokunbo. Students will also have 1 LIVE writing hall session for accountability. As a BONUS, all students will receive a private 30-minute coaching session with Coach Tokunbo to review the flow of your book.
Lessons will also focus on grammar, punctuation, creative writing techniques, and author disciplines. Students will be given homework to ensure goals are met by the end of the semester.
Students will be given access to guidance on best practices for self-publishing and marketing.
Your Instructor
Tokunbo Okulaja, M.A.
Tokunbo is a certified public school educator and coach. She is an instructor who is passionate about teaching people of all ages.
She has helped over 80 leaders and counting publish their own written work. Tokunbo is excited about seeing people follow through on their goals of publishing their books.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics with a minor in Rhetoric from the University of Maryland, College Park. Also, Tokunbo Okulaja completed her Master of Arts degree in Public School Building Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University in New York.
She is more than motivated to help you WRITE UNTIL YOUR BOOK IS FINISHED!
